This 254-page unfinished/unpublished treatise is a wonderful research tool, and just plain interesting in it's detail and documentation...two Sanford researchers have been painstakingly retyping it from a nearly unreadable Photostat. 

The descendents who provided this treatise wish it to be shared publicly with family researchers.

Once you have it on your system THEN open it. Otherwise you may run out of memory.
The authors are working to break it into smaller, more manageable pieces.
